I will be going into further detail on the Inteenimater mod, but please read the documentation no matter which teen pregnancy mod you decide to use – each of the mods above has documentation included in their zip files.
There is also an edit from Dreadpirate available here which removes the adult/teen romance aspect, basically just allowing your teens to woohoo other teens. There are multiple mods that exist which introduce teen pregnancy into the game.
